Acceptance of terms

By using genUine (begenuine.app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What genUine does

genUine is a voice-to-LinkedIn-post tool. You speak, genUine transcribes and uses AI to extract the best idea from what you said and write it in your voice. You review the post, and if you choose, you can publish it directly to LinkedIn.

Your responsibilities

• You own the content you create. The posts genUine generates from your voice notes are yours. We claim no ownership over them.
• You are responsible for what you post to LinkedIn. Always review AI-generated content before posting. genUine is a writing tool, not a publisher. You are the author of everything you post.
• You must not use genUine to generate misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use genUine.
• You must not attempt to abuse or circumvent usage limits.

LinkedIn posting

When you connect your LinkedIn account and click "post to LinkedIn," you authorize genUine to publish that specific post to your LinkedIn profile on your behalf. This authorization applies only to the post you explicitly choose to publish — genUine will never post automatically, schedule posts, or publish anything without your direct action in the app.

You can revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your LinkedIn account within genUine, or through your LinkedIn account settings under "Permitted Services."

Payment terms

• The free plan gives you 3 generated posts per month.
• Pro is $12 a month or $99 a year, with unlimited posts.
• You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Intellectual property

The genUine product, name, and design are owned by genUine. You own the posts you generate. You grant genUine a limited license to use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the service.

Limitation of liability

genUine is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to the content of posts published to LinkedIn. AI-generated content may contain errors — always review before posting. genUine's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
